Talent@Work Workshop
If you are responsible for coaching and developing employees, or if you are looking for ways to improve selection and retention of employees, this 3-day workshop is just right for you. Talent@Work is for Talent Managers who want to add valuable tools to their tool kit. Participants learn how to use the four Talent Mastery Assessments in their own management, coaching, selection and development.
After the workshop, you may become certified in the assessments so that you can manage your own assessment center for your organization.
An added benefit from participating in Talent@Work is the opportunity to meet other Talent Managers and learn how they are using these tools. On the second day of the workshop we host a dinner for participants and prior attendees. This is a great way to expand your professional network as well as your tool kit.
The next Talent@Work sessions will be held on September 13-15, 2010 in Gwynedd, PA at The William Penn Inn and October 12, 13, 14 2010 at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, PA. If you need guest rooms both facilities are able to accommodate you -- please let us help to make your arrangements. The workshop can also be led in your organization as well.
