These are examples of projects we’ve recently completed:
• One-on-one executive development coaching focused on helping an executive to design and present more engaging participative presentations. With another coaching client the focus was on how to be more influential and build stronger relationships across the organization and industry.
• Speaking at a National Sales Meeting for the opening general session, team development activities through out the meeting, and creating the final game show competition to summarize the key learning from the 3 day event.
• Leading the Talent at Work Workshop to teach the Communication Styles, Workplace Motivators and Natural Talent assessments so that managers, human resources, and internal leadership development professionals can earn their certification in the assessments to use these tools in house.
• Leading a half-day meeting with a team of 12 managers to discuss Creating What You Want in Your Organization and with Your Team. This services organization had recently merged two departments and changed who was on the team so the meeting enabled people to create common language around where they are going and how they will communicate that to the employees.
• Designing and delivering management training as part of a three-week leadership development workshop focused on building high potential leaders.
• Speaking at a conference with 400 sales representatives – created a highly participative session focused on professional development. Sales reps were able to share their best practices with each other at the company annual conference.
• Creating an orientation program to help new employees learn how best to fit into the culture of their new company. Working with the executives to help them know how best to engage new employees so they would add value quickly.
• Facilitating a meeting of inside and outside team members to acknowledge the accomplishments over the past 18 months working together and to identify ways they could improve their communication and outcomes in the year ahead.
• Leading a two-day meeting on “How to Be More Consultative“ for internal mid-level managers who need to act as internal consultants in their organization. This resulted in individual Directors and Managers having a clear understanding of what their management expected of them as well as how to engage in new types of conversations with their internal customers.
